Driving School Info

If you plan to attend any BMW Trillium Advanced Driving School please fill out the following information.

 
Enter Make, Model, and Year (e.g. BMW 325i 2005) of vehicle you plan to bring to driving school. We will do our best to pair you with an instructor with similar vehicle.
    
Select your driving school experience level. This is not your level of experience of daily driving but your level of experience rated at a driving school. NOTE: The club reserves the right to change your classification at any time and without prior notice.
 
Enter ONLY the first 4 digits of your license. You must hold valid driver's license accepted in the province of Ontario. Your license MUST be at G level. G1 (must be accompanied by a G level driver) and G2 licenses (may carry a maximum of 3 passengers) are not acceptable.
 
 
Enter ONLY the first 4 digits of your current, valid, motor vehicle insurance policy. Region of coverage must include Ontario.

If you are attending any Trillium ADS event you must provide an emergency contact (Name and Number).
 
Enter your driving resume as follows: Month-year / Driving School / Club / Instructor. E.g. May-2010 / Advanced Driving School / BMW Trillium / John V
